1. About Hug Knits

Hug Knits creates handmade knitted neck warmers and personalised gifts. Each Hug Knit is individually made with care, so slight variations in colour, size, finish and appearance may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our products.

2. Orders

When placing an order, please check that the information you provide is correct, including your delivery address, wool colour, heart colour and personal message.

We reserve the right to contact you if we need clarification before making or sending your order.

3. Personalised Products

Many Hug Knits are made or personalised specifically for the person receiving them.

Please check all personalised information carefully before submitting your order. We cannot normally change an order once production has begun.

Where a product has been made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the normal statutory right to cancel an online purchase may not apply. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in euros (€). Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

5. Handmade Products & Colours

Because Hug Knits are handmade, no two pieces will be completely identical.

We make every effort to display colours accurately on our website. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and individual batches of wool may vary slightly.

6. Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates. Handmade or personalised products may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply before it can be resent.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

For standard, non-personalised products, applicable consumer cancellation and return rights will be respected.

Products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the normal cancellation right where permitted by law.

If your Hug Knit arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hugknits.com so that we can put things right.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The Hug Knits name, branding, photographs, product designs, written content and other original material on this website may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided when using our website or placing an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. Hug Knits does not receive or store your full card details.
